Getting it right was critical as the consequences of getting it wrong could be so severe
We then redesigned Samaritans volunteer recruitment service
to speed applications through a complex journey from initial application through to getting setup on the new Wagtail intranet
which we reminaged to become a key part of the Samaritans operational infrastructure
And, we overhauled Samaritans’ safeguarding service so they can provide a better service to people who are most in need
On top of the whole platform is a design system and shared components give a consistent UX
Behind the scenes, automated integrations reduce manual data processing and save Samaritans time and money.
