Yaschyshyn is introduced to the club by a Trump donor named Elchanan Adamker in 2021.
She is accused of possessing fake IDs - including a US passport and multiple drivers' licenses - in her fake Rothschild name.
Yaschushyn faces an FBI probe on a charity she was president of called the United Hearts of Mercy.
Yaschushyn in her defense states she is the victim, and that her former boss Tarasenko set her up by producing multiple fake IDs without her knowledge.
