- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is coated evenly
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and have beautiful grill marks.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs before serving
