Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) - Overview

ISRO is the space agency of the Government of India.

It was established in 1969 and is headquartered in Bengaluru.

ISRO is managed by the Department of Space, which reports to the Prime Minister of India.

ISRO has successfully launched numerous satellites and space missions, including the Chandrayaan-1 and Mars Orbiter Mission.

ISRO is also involved in commercial satellite launches and has partnerships with other space agencies around the world.
